Ben focuses on gathering research for the VeteransAgainstAlzheimer’s network and assists Shawn Taylor in raising awareness of veteran’s disproportionate risk of Alzheimer’s disease due to risk factors such as TBI and PTSD.  Ben graduated from Elon University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology where he founded a student organization dedicated to Alzheimer’s service.  He is currently working in Alzheimer’s biomarker research before applying to medical school.
